NOTICE MY COMMENTS ARE NOT UNIQUE! Other reviewers have made the same comments. I am a vendor for a large restaurant group in the Chicagoland area. The company has made repeated requests for Cinemation/Village AV to call me on some technical issues. It has literally been months without any contact. I don't understand how this company stays in business. They seem to have people working doing installs with whom it's hard to decipher how they made it this far in life. What I want to know is, how exactly can one cater to a "higher end" clientele when it seems that you hire dumb dumbs off the street with little to no training? Abysmal. Avoid like the plague.
