An experience I will not soon forget. With her soothing voice Cindy teaches you why you're moving and breathing in a certain way. Great relaxing environment to practice. Small individualized setting not like a big class with so many people. I could say more but you must experience for yourself.
Cindy is amazing! She gave me a workout for both my body and mind. She has an openness to her that it puts you at such ease. I actually felt like I was floating during meditation. I have done Yoga & Pilates in the past but this was my first experience with Kundalini Yoga and now much thanks to Cindy I am hooked!
My 1st yoga class was at Cindy's studio in Okatie. Despite a bit of apprehension, I took the time and the leap. Immediately Cindy created such a calm and relaxed atmosphere. Genuine compassion. I left with something I didn't come in with. The beginning of a Journey that is timeless. Take the time and the leap. Perhaps a Journey will begin for you. Always thankful Cindy!
Cindy Male is an extraordinarily talented artist and teacher. It is an honor to work with her. I am especially looking forward to her upcoming events and classes. I think she is going to be taking us on a wonderful journey this fall, and 2017 may be her best year ever. Full of her beautiful designs, amazing apparel, fabulous art and transcending class work.
