I went to a wedding and have very weird allergies: lettuce, artichokes and endive. Although the chicken wasn’t advertised as having artichokes, when I took a bite, there was a big artichoke leaf. The server noticed something was wrong and came over. I sent my plate back and let him know I couldn’t eat it because of the artichokes. We had our wedding in December and used them as per recommendation of our venue. We chose to do a taco, nacho, etc bar. While we originally planned for ground beef, we were happy surprised with steak. However, we were missing one of our sides. The most disappointing part of the catering was that the employees boxed up the leftovers and took them home for themselves. Neither I or my husband were asked if we wanted to keep them.
