Things started out great! She did a great job with getting me a settlement on paper! Then she dropped the ball when it came to her actually getting the settlement. As soon as the divorce decree with the judge signature was completed, I received a final bill (paid it) and had to inquire about how to get the settlement. She became upset when I questioned her about the QDRO and RBCO. Then she didn't like the fact my ex-spouse's attorney and I happened to email her within minutes of each other. Cindy was wonderful in helping me through my divorce. She is very personable, did the work fast and well, and explained things clearly. We communicated mainly through email (after the initial meeting) which was fine with me. Lastly, I felt the overall cost was very reasonable! BTW she was recommended by a friend who went through a divorce before mine. I just want to add my recommendation!
Tomorrow is my baby’s 8th birthday and I haven’t seen her since her 2nd. This woman is biased and cruel. She never even met with me or gave me a chance before judging me. The best interest of a child is the last thing on this woman’s mind. If you love your children and want the best for them, stay far away from this person, please.
Very kind and helpful. She does many different legal issues and has been very quick to get back to me every time I needed. If she doesn't handle a certain situation she can help refer you to someone who does.
