Not a good experience at all. I’ve honestly never had an experience like this with a healthcare worker before. She was very dismissive towards my feelings and had no care for the state of anxiety she was leaving me in. I did not feel seen as a person, but rather as something on her to-do list. I hope she moves forward with patient-centered care, as that was nothing close to what I received.
Had a double wrist fracture at work back in 2023. Cindy and her staff were very helpful and informative with following up and getting me back to work.
My friend utilized this providers services for a DOT physical, she was rude, dismissive, stated more than once I only get 15 minutes for this exam and would not answer his questions, and denied his renewal. All she had to do was look in mychart, but would not take any extra time because of her 15 minutes she get's paid for. That is someone's job/career and you could NOT be a good HUMAN and help. Not caring at all about the state of anxiety she sent him away in, nor offering any assistance. COLD and RUDE.
