Cindy is an excellent teacher/coach! She encourages us to paint our own version of the photo she sends, rather than just copying the photo, and tells us how she would improve the photo for a better composition. She answers all our questions, encourages us all to share our paintings, cheers our efforts, gives hints and ideas. I learned a lot about paints and how she mixes colors, sometime colors I would never think of using, always a pleasant surprise.
"Lemonade Lists," authored by Carol Frazier and illustrated by Cindy Briggs is a ray of sunshine. Readers are challenged to reflect and project. The gratitude journal focuses on the positive and helps readers see a brighter future by gently encouraging us to WRITE responses to prompts. The luminous illustrations and cheerful design breathe air into the reader.
Cindy is a very caring knowledgeable instructor. We had a great group of artists and Cindy and Teresa chose perfect spots to paint. I would definitely go on another trip with Cindy and Teresa.
I enjoyed myself tremendously with Cindy and Theresa and all my new friends. The French Alps were gorgeous. It was wonderful being able to paint in these gorgeous sites. The food and accommodations were also spectacular. Cindy and Theresa gave fabulous teachings. I look forward to retuning next year. Our guides were also extremely kind. What a joy this seven days were in my life. I'm forever blessed.
Patient and kind. So encouraging, she never makes me feel I have painted something wrong just lovingly suggests edits. Have taken lessons for over 12years with her! Her insight and ability to put the paint down with such ease and perfection inspires me every time I take a class. So glad finally got to do a plen air
