I love Cinda B products! I look forward to the outlet sales. The quality is so much better than Vera Bradley. I have converted some of my friends and family members and they haven't regretted it!
I purchased the B Lux bag in March. Took it on my first trip in May. The leather handle started to tear away from the bag making a hole AND the bag started to tear away from the telescoping handle. Costumer service has not my expectations, siting that these issues are due to normal wear & tear. But after one use of the bag, I disagree. I purchased this bag because I want to support American Made companies. But I won't be buying any more bags from them.
Well make and easy to clean!
They had what I wanted and everyone was friendly and helpful.
