I worked with David and had a terrible experience. Communication was basically nonexistent — from April 27th to June 22nd, I received exactly one response from him. I called the office multiple times and was told they’d “leave a note for David,” but nothing ever came of it. I also requested a specific document related to my case and, again, no response. I honestly don't understand how this law firm has so many 5-star reviews. I wouldn't recommend this firm to anyone.

I have had many attorneys for different things, David Cincotta is by far my favorite. He did my expungment so quickly and kept me updated step by step. He also gives great consultations. He is so knowledgeable, honest, and patient. He listens and explains in great detail for those who dont understand legal terms. He also replies and returns calls in a timely matter.
