They ask self- managed clients to pay full amount before sessions. A few times, I was in a hurry to get in the room with kid so that I didn’t have time to pay before sessions. Even though I paid soon after sessions, the receptionist lady looked unhappy and it seemed I owned her money.
My daughter has been seeing OT Speech and physiotherapist for nearly 2 years at Cinco group. Everyone is so kind and supportive. They are always here to listen and help your needs. My daughter has improved a lot and she loves all her therapist here.
