They were very helpful and knowledgeable about the different couches and I was able to find a couch I like. They were super friendly and great people.

Terrible customer service. They told me a couch was available and I gave them my zip code and they literally said I’ll pass. Unbelievable and the most unprofessional customer service ever. Update they called and cussed me out saying to go f myself since I put this review - then said I’m sketchy because I live in Nashville and have airbnbs in Cincinnati.
Working with Jack at the Cincinnati Patio Company was a fantastic experience. My husband and I didn’t feel pressured at all (which is rare to come by at furniture stores) and were given plenty of space to make our decision.
