I ordered platform bed online. 2 weeks later, I had to email the customer service department asking for an ETA of delivery. I was told that I should have received an email with the ETA. I only received email confirming my payment and order. I was told the ETA was 3 months after I ordered. The bed was delivered per the ETA but there were parts missing so they could not put bed together. I then had to wait another 2 weeks to only get a temporary bed until the part comes in.
