Totally ghosted us! Donnie confirmed the night before and then they never showed up. Didn’t respond to our calls or texts. Unreal!! Wtf.
Completely unprofessional. Never showed up for scheduled pickup, didn’t bother to contact us to let us know they weren’t coming, and they were unreachable by both phone and email. Only after we had scrambled to find new movers (after numerous attempts to contact them, several hours after they were supposed to arrive) did we receive a text asking if we still wanted to move today. Ridiculous.
