This was a great experience for my son. Dimitar was the concierge who arranged pre delivery and delivery of the rental. He was fantastic and would quickly take a call or text with any questions. Ryan and Josh met me at the shop and explained all the functions of the car and how to use them. I would highly recommend.
I rented a car on May 13th 2022 and gave a deposit for 2000 dollars and still to this day I have not received my money back. The car was returned without any damages and I keep getting the run around about my money I would not recommend this place I think they trying to keep my money and I'm not the only one waiting on my money to return into my account.
I had the best experience with this company. I highly recommend them if you are looking to rent anything exotic or luxurious. The staff was very professional and polite. They were very helpful with the entire process as well. I will most definitely be renting from in them in the near future!
When it comes to luxury car rental, these guys know how to do it right. I was very pleased and will be back very soon.
