As an overwhelmed grandma with a 4 year old grandson, I didn't know what to expect when told to begin OT. Scheduling group was very courteous as we navigated through the next steps. The next day, we showed up and it was as if we had been regulars. We were welcomed by very friendly staff. We didnt have to wait long before Sarah got us.
