It's unfortunate that this 3CDC employee chose not to be a good neighbor by parking their vehicle in front of a fire hydrant. The employee was viewed walking out of a nearby bakery with food and thus putting their personal convenience over the safety of others. Additionally, their connected trailor was violating Ohio Revised Code Section 4503.21 by not possessing a visible license plate.
Hundreds of people were trapped in a 3CDC parking garage tonight following the Bengals game for up to two hours without access to water, restrooms, or assistance of any kind. Employees refused to open the gate and allow for free flowing exit in the interest of public health and safety. Absolutely abhorrent, disgusting, and illegal.
They dont care about actualy people, just $$
If you aren't familiar with Cincinnati of the 90's and aughts, take a look at before and after pictures of downtown and OTR before 3CDC started their work. You'll be amazed. Yes, there are complicated issues re: market rate vs. affordable housing. I think smart and dedicated people in the org are always trying to find a balance.
