If you aren't familiar with Cincinnati of the 90's and aughts, take a look at before and after pictures of downtown and OTR before 3CDC started their work. You'll be amazed. Yes, there are complicated issues re: market rate vs. affordable housing. I think smart and dedicated people in the org are always trying to find a balance. Our city center was in terrible shape with many empty buildings and poor services. Now it's an expensive place to try to live, for sure, but there are things for everyone to enjoy there.
