I am writing this review because of Logan Hayes
Horrible company. I've had the misfortune parking with 3cdc for a total of 2 years elapsed time (no other choices...). In that time, I received numerous tickets for... parking in the lot that i paid hundreds of dollars to park in every single month. Over and over I would email them, and they would hardly read my email before messaging back saying they don't service that lot, or they only service 3cdc lots (... it was in fact a 3cdc lot), or requesting more information which was already provided in the initial email. Excellent staff.
Worst company ever. Horrible management of garages and price gougers taking advantage of Cincinnati.
Lazy employees. They cleaned up behind Jimmy Johns at The Banks, then left all the trash bags just sitting in the service drive, in full view of a large trash bin. When asked to please throw their trash away, they got an attitude and just walked away.
