Adam and his staff are industry professionals, the passion and detail in their life support of commercial/industrial and residential aquatic environments is un matched , they are always willing /able to explain their methods of husbandry that has given them results and success , we highly recommend using them for all your aquatic needs .
If I could give zero stars, I absolutely would. Their customer service is not only unprofessional but disgraceful . Adam has consistently been dishonest regarding the timeline of fish deliveries, been inconsistent with service. There are multiple scratches on our tank in which were clearly made from the service provider, piles of crap in the tank, and build up in the tank from multiple services of areas being unattended.
