I recently used CincTransport Care for getting me to my Drs. Appointment, and the experience was excellent from start to finish. The team was on time, and professional. They took the time to make sure I was comfortable, explained everything clearly, and handled the entire trip with patience and respect. I had a ride scheduled for today. I was contacted this morning and asked if I could be picked up earlier so that they could accommodate all the trips that they had today. I said that I would. I waited and waited and then called. I was told that the scheduling company had rescheduled the company that was to take me on my ride. I called the scheduling company to find out that it was not them who had changed who was driving me, but Cincinnati Transport had contacted them and said that they were not able to take me.
