I read a few reviews, I don't agree with what I read. I have been with Cinch for 16 months. I cant say enough good things about them. The people I work with are great. For most part, amazing Team work in the shop area. Management has been pretty fair. Also warehouse has great leadership. Assembly are also has a good lead person. Pay is ok. Insurance is good. I am very happy with my job and have learned alot, but keep learning every day. I appreciate the fact I have this job. And hope to work there as long as I can past retir... read more

This company is no longer in service or stationed there for work. It was a good company when I was there though but now they all work from home they thought they'd save a little bit of money by not paying $8,000 a month for rent for a a building not fully utilized. It is now the House of Hope Treatment Center outpatient services
Well structured Business,,,deals,with aerospace, industry. Very detailed ,found the shop manager had a high degree of integrity,/ knowledge. Delt with iso 9000 Itar as their benchmark. Impressive!!!
