Got two emails when booking. Got a confirmation email and payment received email. They stressed contactless pickup and dropoff. SUVless is more like it. I called them from terminal upon arrival. Contact said they rented the SUV to someone a week earlier, but neglected to send me a cancelation. I was able to rent the last car from Avis, at last minute prices and had to cancel the Kebler Pass trip. Cinch reminds me of Seinfeld episode. They can take the reservation, but they can't hold the reservation.
