CIN7 is by far the worst experience we've ever had with a software provider. We were promised robust reporting, flexible features, and real support. What we got was none of that. We couldn’t even pull basic data from the system. Onboarding was a mess. Every question we asked was met with “that’s not possible.” We told them early on the platform didn’t work for us; and despite never actually using the system, they flat-out refused to refund us. It is incredible how disrespectful they are when it comes to customer service. Unfortunately, there is no willingness to provide you with the minimum required attention for customer satisfaction. Such a pain!
Fantastic company.
Would highly discouraged anyone from ever using this service. I have been using this service for 3 months and haven't had a single day of functionality yet. Customer service is incredibly slow to answer or fix anything. Onboarding was not helpful and more confusing then it should be.
