We have used cin7 for ten years and have moved on to a new software principally as we needed more features for our growing business and they haven't improved anything relevant to us, despite our requests early on. I guess its a part of the SAAS model, capture the customer and sell to an investment company. There are flaws in their cost roll up for BOM as values get calculated twice. CIN7 is by far the worst experience we've ever had with a software provider. We were promised robust reporting, flexible features, and real support. What we got was none of that. We couldn’t even pull basic data from the system. Onboarding was a mess. Every question we asked was met with “that’s not possible.” We told them early on the platform didn’t work for us; and despite never actually using the system, they flat-out refused to refund us. It is incredible how disrespectful they are when it comes to customer service. Unfortunately, there is no willingness to provide you with the minimum required attention for customer satisfaction. Such a pain!
