Absolutely dismal customer support. We migrated from Dear Inventory and Cin7 Core is unfortunately plagued with problems. Support is all outsourced and NZ office distance themselves from any contact or trying to assist with resolution. Bi-weekly updates seem to have no UAT in place as each time these are implement non-related issues occur in the system. We've been using Cin7 for several years to run our business for several years. My advise is as a critical business operation software do not use these guys, their support is the worst we have every experienced hands down. you can go weeks in critical issue without hearing back and have to battle to getting anything sorted out. With all the stress of running a business in the current environment don't add these guys terrible support issues to your list. Scam for us. We lose with cin7 over $21.000 in less than a year. Integration never happen. The reply from there " This a like gym subscription whether you use it o not is up to you". We can't help you unless you paid a third party for your integration. We found 100% better software in Australia and better support to start with the software. You will fail with Cin7 in NZ and they won't help. Sales rep was chasing, talking, etc. Afyer the sale vanish completely. I wish there was a way I could give them a harsher review, the support now being provided is arguably the worst of any business I have ever worked with and when coupled with the amount of money the subscription costs, I cannot think of a bigger waste of money or cause of frustration. I have worked with cin7 for nearly 5 years and there has always been some frustration but nothing like the last 2 months. When we were looking for a good SaaS based inventory management platform, Cin7 was one of the best options. What we liked about this company was they had one of the best pricing packages in the market and they offered some really useful features that other platform didn't. Aswin did a great job in helping us implement Cin7 without having to significantly change our processes.
