service lembab,yang jaga depan nak masamje..dah ambik nombor hujung2 cakap tak boleh keluar duit sebab dah lambat untuk pengeluaran ASB..cakap awal2 orang takla hangin tunggu..ni dah sejam tunggu baru cakap..boleh pergi bank lain...yang kaunter pun ada 4,bukak 2 je..bank je besar,sekalije la berurusan kat sini,.servis hancur...
Bad understanding and service on this bank. at the end, I go to Kulai branch, which is the staff help me understand my request and give me solution to solve problems. Pls don't visit this Senai branch.

Tukar duit raya sampai 3-4 jam. Mcm nk putus kaki berdiri lama. sepatutnya packing la siap2 duit rm1 tu jadi rm100. buat awal2. Ini time nk tukar la baru nk kira semula duit rm1 tu. Kaunter tukar duit raya 1 je buka. Org yang datang lebih 50 org. Adui!
