Very bad experience for three time comes here. Kalau tak sebab kena berurusan kat sini, tak ingin pun datang. Maybe dorang ni takde training serve customer kot. Dah la semua org lama pastu adab pun tiada. Kalau kita ni jenis tak faham bahasa, takpe jugak nak dilayan rude camtu. Dah lembut sopan santun pun dia layan kita kasar. Dah boleh la branch ni ambil orang baru, muka baru.

I observed that the staff at the front counter are all long-serving seniors, and there are no new faces among them. Just stepping into the counter area gives off a stifling vibe. There’s little to no assistance with filling out forms; instead, they seem more focused on conversing amongst themselves. If your employees don't like their jobs, they shouldn't be doing them. Don't use the company's reputation to harass customers. If they don't want to work, they shouldn't be doing it. When filling out forms, they were told to wait, but there was no order; it felt like random calling. If I saw an elderly person asking a receptionist which machine to use to retrieve a card, I would simply ignore her. If she made a mistake, I would reprimand her.
