Receptionist betul-betul x professional, keluar kata-kata yg x professional, tanya banyak soalan yg mau menyusahkan org sblm mengaktifkan akaun yg dah tidak aktif. Saya rasa kena pergi cawangan jauh sikit utk mendapati layanan yg lebih baik, menjimatkan masa dan memudahkan permintaan masing2.
