Bad customer services
I am extremely disappointed with the service at CIMB Rawang Branch. I arrived at the branch at approximately 12:15 PM to open a bank account. I completed and submitted the online application form at 12:17 PM and informed Counter 8 immediately. The staff took my name and informed me that there were only three customers ahead of me. Good service. Easy to take own money from ASB. Did not have to wait long! Better than their neighbor Maybank sucks!
