The front desk PC sometimes hangs, which results in the officer having to switch to another computer to continue processing. In addition, there is only one officer handling ASBF matters. If she is on leave, customers are asked to come back another day. It would be helpful if there were a backup officer available to avoid inconvenience and delays for customers.
