really terrible service. There was 5 customers before my turn,but kept waiting for 1 hour. Officer counter 4 said need my bank book for withdraw RM 30000, he suggested me to withdraw through atm. Was it make sense? I was really angry and wished to terminate my credit card. The officer said no problem. What I want to say is dnt feel proud of the business recently, never take care of a small business, you might be a losser one day. Good luck.

Is it really nessecary to be chatting when theres multiple customers waiting? This review is towards the indian receptionist at counter 8, I understand talking isn’t a crime but when your customers are clearly in a rush I dont think chitchatting should be your priority. No offense but please do better She continuously distracted the receptionist that was supposed to serve me.
