Two times now I have tried to schedule a ride for my appointment at Dr office, you clearly state that you do take people to their appointments. If you are going to require people to use sooner ride for that, then you are falsely advertising that you do that. Regardless if you have a contract with sooner care or not, it should t be a big deal to get a ride with you all, your making money still so I don't see why it's such a problem. Im typing this from dialysis clinic an hour from where I live. Not only did my driver run off the road trying to not rear end a car and semi in front of us. But he has two other close call events on our way here. Then when he was supposed to pick me up he did not. I called him and he again told.me he wasnt supposed to pick me up. I have my ride scheduled for the rest of the week, mind u, you have to call to have it scheduled and they didn’t show up to get me for WORK. They didn’t call me the night before to Atleast let me know they can’t get me. They are messing with my money and it’s bullshit. So much for having a reliable ride.
