I have my ride scheduled for the rest of the week, mind u, you have to call to have it scheduled and they didn’t show up to get me for WORK. They didn’t call me the night before to Atleast let me know they can’t get me. They are messing with my money and it’s bullshit. So much for having a reliable ride. Would not pick my wife up from hospital .
I was told by the manager that they could no longer take me because the driver I had wasn't there anymore and there was no more drivers that was doing my route in the early a.m. so one early morning I'm dropping my son off at daycare and who do I see the cimarron Transit bus and the same driver that used to drive me so they lied wow is all I could say 🤦 and no I have never had any problems with my driver, only one lady that gave me problems she was very mean and rude and I was always late picking up my son from school and m... read more
