The only two employees here are John and Diane. Diane is a Snoopy gossip who can't keep from talking to you as you try to play and try to get a beverage or change that's another experience in drama. She acts like it's a burden to make change or sell you something. John is a smart ass punk kid who was good enough to insult your family if they are veterans.
