They came today and turn my table off. I receive no notification even though they said they tried to call me and sent me a letter. Just a technician who was very polite at my door telling me that was shutting my cable off. I can get on the new system but I can't afford it. Guess this is why a monopoly is not good. Very very disappointed in Cimarron telephone. I had to reduce my table to the very minimum and my phone is life line. Because of my being unable to afford anything else. This company is becoming more of a money machine than anything else. The rates have increased again for the second time in less than 6 months. They are making it very hard for low or fixed income families to be able to have anything that is worth watching. Programming is getting to be a big joke as well. I am already looking for a different service and it won't be Directv or dish. They are just as bad. As for the rating, if I could submit this without a rating, I would.
