guess my experience was not like some others here, and I can only go by the way it went for me - not too great! the para in the office , Tony, was super personable, and so I signed on to use this attorney. On my next call about a question, unfortunately I got Mr. Cifradello himself, and he started yelling at me and said he was "an attorney" and had no time for me.
