Kathryn Ciesla was appointed as the GAL in my 4 year legal battle with my ex-wife. I was incredibly impressed by her knowledge, specifically in LGBTQ+ relationships. If jumping to ill-founded conclusions was an Olympic sport.....Kathryn Ciesla would be a gold medalist. Ms Ciesla was my family's court ordered GAL. She worked / charged me over $20,000 for 28 months of work. In all of that time I spoke to her for less than 90 minutes and had no email communication from / with her. She was simply not interested in seeking any of my input as a father nor doing the work to get the "other side of the story." Looked at her Village campaign pages. She's literally committing libel as we speak... I wouldn't trust her as my lawyer... I have never been a client. Full transparency. Just reviewing her character.
She is the absolute worst in GALs. She will spend more time defending her good name then looking out for your children. ***BEWARE*** working with her could cost you everything. Been with her 10yrs and haven't seen my kids but a handful of times. She's biased and lacks any professionalism. RUN DONT WALK AWAY!!!
