ROBERT is the worst bank person I’ve ever delt with! He hung up on me when I asked him to repeat my account number. This bank also doesn’t take Apple Pay or tap to pay. I pretty much recommend that you never use this bank for anything ever. If you’re looking for good customer service do NOT use this bank.
If I could put 0 stars I would. My family is new to the area and we came to open up new accounts. We unlocked our credit for identity verification and provided additional verification that accounts from other states were paid off years ago but they still said they were unable to open accounts for us due to their policies and because they were unable to verify our identities.
