What a wonderful experience at Ciela! I had less than five hours to find a dress and get ready for a formal event, and Louise was absolutely amazing. I've never felt so comfortable and at ease shopping for a dress. Her friendly, genuine service helped me find something I loved within my budget, and walk into the event feeling confident! Best boutique retail experience in Townsville. Along with great label, occasion, style and sizing options, Ciela provides great service with kind, responsive and knowledgeable staff. Thank you in particular to Louise who helped me find a last minute Ladies Day fit. If you want a retail experience where staff actually take time to help you with care and kindness, I recommend Ciela.
This store is a must to visit when in Townsville. It has gorgeous dresses and outfits. The ladies were friendly and helpful. Their range is easy to wear and stylish. I’m visiting from Melbourne and would have bought more if not for the carry on luggage restrictions, but I’ll be buying more online.
