Got a poor quality gun holster with a large indentation. Getting them to honor their return was a real pain!
Deadbeat sellers. Zero communication ability (multiple unanswered emails and calls) then call at 8:10 pm to cry because they got a chargeback. To top it off, the arrogance of the male employee to tell me not to purchase from them again. Avoid at all costs.
Great folks making great products! You can’t beat handmade by a family of craftsmen.
Worst company ever. No communication. Holster doesn't fit my gun. Several emails to company asking about their return policy have gone unanswered. I will have to find a leather shop here in central PA and see if the holster can be salvaged at my cost. And all the while, CIE is sitting there laughing since they have my money and don't care about the customer or the quality of stuff they are selling to the unsuspecting public. I will give a one star rating because I cannot give them a zero.
