Marissa was wonderful to work with! She was so helpful in planning my surprise proposal in Discovery Beach Park. I was totally new to the city of Seattle, my girlfriend now fiancé were there for the week for travel so I totally relied on Marissa for the best spots to propose and she did not disappoint! She was very keen on what I wanted in terms of an intimate moment and provided clear directions on how to get to the proposal spot! We had a wonderful experience with Marissa for our engagement photos! She made us feel completely comfortable and at ease throughout the entire session, which was especially important since neither of us is particularly comfortable in front of a camera. The photos came out absolutely beautiful and felt so authentic to us. I cannot say enough amazing things about Ciccarelli Photography. My partner and I travelled from Canada to Seattle, where he surprised me with a proposal. My extended family of 18 met with Marissa on a lovely morning at Greenlake to take our photos. She chose a perfect spot with gorgeous light and backdrop to frame our group. We had an age range from 10 months to 84 years, and she directed everyone expertly. She was able to capture the entire clan and smaller groups in several configurations, as well as some fun spontaneous shots, all within about 45 minutes. I can't recommend Marissa and Erik enough! We had such an easy experience getting on their schedule and then the day of shoot was a dream. Marissa had locations scoped out ahead of our arrival and quickly got our pup excited to be taking photos. She captured our silly, loving family perfectly and we can't wait to have another session soon.
