Very disappointed with my experience at Ciccarelli Law, PC. I had a time-sensitive legal matter and reached out hoping for prompt and professional assistance. Despite multiple attempts to follow up, I never got the chance to actually speak with an attorney. Communication was poor and the urgency of my situation was clearly not taken seriously. I expected much better from a law firm that claims to prioritize its clients. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend their services based on this experience.
Had a time sensitive matter and was unable to speak with the attorney. The receptionist was very unprofessional on the phone. Nasty attitude and bad communication.
