Complete waste of time and money. I applied for a Brazilian visa and the experience was awful. First the company had their own photo requirements that differed from what the Brazilian government visa website posted. After submitting photos to meet their own standards, I was told 24 hours later that I needed different photos that aligned with the Brazilian government. Totally unreliable. My company directs us to use this service. I needed a Nigeria visa. I sent in documents and they sat for days without being reviewed. Only after I called and pushed did someone there explain that one document had to be redone, contrary to their prior instructions. I resubmitted and got the visa quickly but my colleague submitted at exactly the same time and still — three weeks later, long after the date they guaranteed — still does not have Visa and must delay trip.
