There were a few problems with my visa application but the people at Visa Central walked me through everything and my visa has been approved and is its way back to me. Any time I called with questions they were patient and helpful.

They use AI and still take over a week to submit your application. Also very expensive. Good luck working with a human. If you do, don’t expect them to help you if you don’t pay extra for expedited. They will just guide you back to the robot and send a follow-up answer just to wait the next day for the AI to come back with another follow-up request.
