Travisa and Ismael Gonzalez were great to work with and incredibly helpful throughout my visa process for China. I needed assistance on short notice, and Ismael answered all of my questions clearly and honestly. When I was anxious about the timeline, he was upfront about what information he needed and by when, which helped me feel more confident in the process. Every step was communicated clearly through Ismael and Travisa, and I really appreciated the support and professionalism.

The system of sending docs and pictures worked well but the feedback about what needed to be replaced or changed was awkward. Often the definition of what was needed was unclear. Also since not all of us have printers that work the forms that needed to be filled out were not able to be done online. That meant we have to get it printed, complete it by hand, take a picture and upload it. It took a long time for me to satisfy the paperwork requirements.

Melissa Gill is the best. So many hiccups, and still found a resolution to meet my timeline. She gets 5 full stars. Only difficulty is with the application and processing itself - not thorough enough and not explanatory enough for people with unique birthplaces/citizenships/passports. Many days could have been shaved off if there was a better, more throughly detailed application for people with additional citizenships/naturalizations/births abroad.
