Used CIBM bank for two different mortgages, both our starter home and then our forever home. Worked with Senior Loan Officer Andrea Lawler both times. She was extremely helpful and available to answer all our questions. In general, CIBM was very thorough and professional, giving us high confidence in our decision to use them for our purchases.
Andrea was so easy to work with and made the home buying process so simple for us buying our first home. Has answers to all the questions you may have and always seems happy to answer a phone call and discuss things with you.
