Robin was as knowledgeable as any retail banker that I have ever worked with. She was thorough and made sure that we had all of our questions answered. Jason Curtis is just outstanding.
The drive thru tellers are unbelievably rude! They barely speak a word or crack a smile. They seem majorly inconvenienced if I have a deposit that includes any coin at all. Every time I deposit here I am shocked at the poor service. We need to make the time to switch banks. 2026: Updating and adding one star because they have been doing better over the past several months with the addition of at least two newly hired employees. Thank you!
The branch manager was unhelpful and lacked compassion. I was trying to get information for my mom who has dementia. Even with my power of attorney, she would not help me. I’m severely discouraged and frustrated.
