If this is the way they treat potential clients, I'd avoid this bank. Was interesting in opening a new checking account. I called in because I had some questions. The lady on the phone was rude from the first moment. I asked if I could fund the account with a wire transfer over the phone "ABSOLUTELY NOT" with a elevated voice. She snapped at all of questions and had no interest in helping me. I had no issues opening an account with one of their competitors near by.
