These people do not stand by there mission statement, and I feel in my opinion they sit high and look low! Iykyk
I understand now why this location has a 2.9 rating. Poor service overall
They never told me that zero balance will result in a closure of my account when I open the account, and they suddenly closed my account without informing me in advance just 10 days before the payday of the new account bonus. Since I don't know the account has been closed, I transferred 500 dollars to the account, then the money just disappear. My bank say the transfer is successful so I need to call CIBC. But when I call them, they refuse to do anything and said the money will be sent back, but I never see it. I don't reall... read more
