Helped us secure a mortgage! Communicated efficiently and got us a great rate! Appreciate Trevor and all his help.
Misses every deadline. We’re imperial clients of CIBC and he’s the most unprofessional broker we’ve ever dealt with. Doesn’t answer his phone and his assistant is clueless.
I am going through the process of refinancing my mortgage and it’s been quite stressful. I mistakenly decided to work with the same broker my dad worked with in the past because I thought it would be the simpler route but unfortunately, it was not. However, Trevor was recommended to me by my lawyer and although my application has been filed with this other broker, he was so kind enough to look into things for me and offer helpful suggestions. I will definitely be working with him in the future for my mortgage needs.
Trevor Tolton mortgage specialist is #1 in my books! Professional, prompt and goes the extra mile ! Thanks for all you do Trevor!
