This branch contacted me to ask if I wanted to discuss my financial situation with their financial advisor, Ginger. When I met with Ginger, I had a great experience. She is very friendly and approachable, and she helped me with my financial needs, as much as possible at the branch. She referred me to more specialized personnel and followed up a few days later when I had not been contacted by the other agent. I highly recommend this branch and Ginger for your financial needs.
I wanted to like this branch and the staff, but they are incredibly unprofessional, inefficient. The manager and financial advisors are very bad at their jobs. Promising to call and provide updates on banking matters and never following through. Losing applications. Taking over 2 months to process a simple application, that should take 2 weeks tops. CIBC should be ashamed, either have some quality control, or hire more staff.
