I wanted to like this branch and the staff, but they are incredibly unprofessional, inefficient. The manager and financial advisors are very bad at their jobs. Promising to call and provide updates on banking matters and never following through. Losing applications. Taking over 2 months to process a simple application, that should take 2 weeks tops. CIBC should be ashamed, either have some quality control, or hire more staff.
Front desk ladies are great. Knowledgeable + Efficient + Friendly, and they've dealt with my bs, and im sure many other peoples as well hahaha. Thanks :)
Friendly staff and smooth transaction. Made for a stress free visit. CIBC needs a location in Drayton Valley though so clients don’t have to drive over an hour away.
