If you are going to offer business services at least offer the option to speak to someone in person if requested. My husband booked off work for an appointment for us to go there and be told we need to call instead. What a waste of time. We were in the process of switching over all of accounts to CIBC. We are now switching to TD because they sit down with their customers instead of just wasting time and directing them to a phone number.
the atm has spilt mountain dew over it
The manager (Christina) says no to simple stuff on everything I’ve asked for. Two bad experiences so far. Really difficult to deal with and won’t step foot again in that branch. If she keeps this up people won’t be a client anymore
