Terrible service when dealing with an Estate. Has been no movement and no communication in over 4 months. We have complained about the person at the bank who was supposed to help us. He does not return calls or emails. Does not even respond to the lawyer in charge of the estate. Will be complaining to corporate about the terrible service and looking to switch the estate to Royal Bank, where customer service is far superior.
