Not a big location and seems kind of old inside but didn't have to wait very long to make a deposit and that was nice.
jimmy the teller is very rude luckily the manager above him fixed the issues but but he has no right to tell me to get out of the bank and moment later he stands corrected because the manager reprimands him in front of me. bank needs to address how there tellers talk to customers been with this bank for 7+years going to lose long term customers over some child with temper issues My advice avoid this branch entirely cibc is still a pretty good bank.
They didnt help and gave me the wrong number when trying to get a replacement credit card
This is the worse cibc branch to visit. Staff are overwhelmed and lack attention to detail. They are not supportive and will simply tell you to go online even if you explain that you have tried to go online. The service is subpar to say the least. I would recommended any other branch. This location has too many issues to even list.
