Workers here have no clue what to do. CIBC as a whole is useless bank but this branch tops it up. If you got an estate avoid CIBC all together.
The worst CIBC that I have ever seen, I waited for so long there even they have 4 people as a teller but no one worked and actually they didn’t even help me out and when I asked to talk with manager, she didn’t even helped me. They didn’t do shit. You can even see it from reviews that they have.
Truly the people are useless here. Also, the one rep I've been dealing with in regards to probate is always on vacation and doesn't have a clue on how to handle client and estate department dealings. Find another location.
On May 26, I contacted CIBC to initiate a chargeback for a transaction totaling $189. Approximately 12 minutes later, I called CIBC back because I had changed my mind and wanted to cancel the chargeback request.
