They don't deal with problems kindly here. The manager said he was busy and told me to go somewhere else. I can't solve anything.

Very disappointing service. Every time I come to this branch, there is a long lineup and customers are left waiting far too long. CIBC seriously needs to hire more staff and improve customer service at this location.
