The past 2 days, 3 hours to try to reach someone over the phone and no one is answering and straight to voicemail!!! Terrible service, not going to be doing my banking there!!!

Terrible bank. The money is disappearing in the account and when I went to the branch. They told me they could do nothing and insisted me to go to another branch. They don’t care about the customer at all.
Catastrophe , très long , chaque client reste 25 minutes. Toujours juste une personne. Une fois j ai resté 2 heures pour 7 personnes .Je ne recommande pas cette banque.
La dame était très gentille et a régler mon problème de carte en 5 minutes.
