The worst service from a Bank I've ever known! The incompetence is outstanding, from waiting time, difficulty in obtaining important documents or never receiving return calls and attitudes that just highlight their incompetence and lack of professionalism. I have delt with another CIBC bank and it was like night and day but I don't understand why the representative of the CIBC bank institutions don't remedy this problem. J'y suis allé faire une opération au guichet automatique et je n'y était pas pour une minute qu'une femme bizarre cognait à la vitre pour me demander de me dépêcher. Je lui ai simplement dit de patienter et elle eat allé se plaindre aux employés. Le gardien de sécurité ainsi qu'un autre employé sont tous deux venus à leurs tour pour me dire de me dépêcher. CIBC as an institution is constantly getting worse and this branch exemplifies that. They took at least 10 minutes to call another office to verify my ID… and after all this waiting the teller Cathy couldn’t even help me complete the wire transfer… which after many phone calls with CIBC I’ve been told can only happen in a branch. What a runaround and what a waste of time. Divest from CIBC and don’t expect this branch to be much help with any of your needs.
