Terrible ATM deposit experience… when the atm malfunctions and doesn’t give your accurate amount… just say Goodbye to your amount missing as they will never refund you. I do not recommend this location at all…
Weirdest location, atms dont even work properly.
The head teller Miss Diallo always takes care of me. She is very knowledgeable and really does everything to make sure the issue is fixed the first time you come in. I always prefer to do my banking with her. Shes kind upbeat and delivers great service for CIBC. Atm drive through is a plus. Sometimes the wait times can be long. Also the front desk Agent the lady is always kind and polite with me.
