I don’t even know what to say…the attendants are fine but they promised to file an investigation on my missing money in the atm and they said it would be solved be 3-5 business days. Has been 7 buisness days , so I called cibc direct and realized they hadn’t even filed a claim. Please do not deposit your money in this atm cause I don’t know if I will ever get my money back. The service at this branch isn’t poor but the skill level isn’t high as they failed to even give me a confirmation number on my missing money.
