Wouldn't let me rate zero stars. Don't get your account compromised because CIBC's fraud dept will hang you out to dry. They called me about a suspicious transaction on my business account they discovered, stating they had multiple complaints about a suspicious "vendor", so they were calling me to advise that my account was compromised. Oh, and now that I'm aware, they advise that they will not be refunding my money! And I asked to speak to the supervisor, who, although I was firm, not abusive, actually hung up on me!
