Management needs to step up their game and ensure there is proper staffing at the front. It's sad to see the downhill trend of service of this branch in the last couple of years.
I had a very negative experience with a CIBC employee named Sri. She lacked the knowledge to certify a check and was initially going to send me to another branch unnecessarily. Even after realizing her mistake, she needed help from a coworker. Her unprofessional behavior included interrupting me and not listening.I already visited another 2 branches what if I don’t did she really send me without looking just she don’t know how to do that.
